I was doing a quest in ice crown for the crusade grind and came across an instant mob respawn. THe mobs do not drop loot, and since I just hit level 80 with this toon I don't know if killing it grants xp or not, but killing then does grant credit for "kill icecrown scourage" quest. Folks with toons under level 80 may want to see if they grant xp or not. Also, I haven't done any of the argent quests from Argent Vanguard, so I don't know if that has any bearing on this or not.
+++Edit+++ tested with a toon that had done the Argent quests and it did not work, so it seems to only work if you have not done those quests.
Location: Scourageholme. From the photos you will note that the location is between several temples. The mob to kill is the one that patrols from the Northern Temple to a point South and back again. I was killing him at the Southern terminus.
